From TPCA– Mary Heinzen, CEO of Hardeman County Community Health Center, has demonstrated exemplary leadership at Hardeman County, facilitating growth and success for her staff and the communities Hardeman services. In recent months, this has been accomplished through dynamic and thoughtful approach to nutrition services provided through telehealth, in partnership with TPCA and the Dietitian Association in Memphis, Tennessee. Mary’s leadership, and Hardeman’s participation in nutrition initiative, has empowered her staff to positively engage patients, resulting in several patients reducing HbA1c levels and BMI.
